Quiessence

Enjoy our ever-changing seasonal tasting menu for an unparalleled farm-to-table dining experience. Using local produce, meat and wine to create a refined, hand-crafted menu.

Sourcing on-site from Soil & Seed Garden, Chef Dustin Christofolo curates each week’s menu using freshly harvested vegetables, edible flowers, eggs and herbs. Tucked away near the back of the property at the Farm at South Mountain, Quiessence delivers farm-focused cuisine in a very special intimate setting. The restaurant features a delightful array of cheeses, artisan breads, handcrafted pastas and local produce, with unique indoor and award-winning outdoor dining. The wine list features both domestic and Arizona wines, as well as an international reserve list.

Each table reservation may choose a three, four or five-course Chef’s Tasting menu. We ask that all guests request the same number of courses to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. The Signature Brick Oven Experience is also available by reservation. Menus change daily based on local and seasonal availability.

Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available. Due to seasonality and ingredient availability, menus may change without notice.

What Customers Say

We had such an amazing experience here. We splurged and went with the chef’s tasting menu and wine pairings and it was absolutely incredible and worth every penny. The food was amazing and the service was spot on. I highly recommend and would come back in a heart beat. I would also recommend the chef’s table outside, weather permitting.

The establishment is beautiful. It went over my expectations; we drove in and you drive though a road with trees wrapped in light, it’s beautiful. There’s a nice picnic table area, surrounded by light. The place is just beautiful and a photogenic area. The host was polite, the venue was beautiful, music was good. Food was delicious; not pictured is the honey Panna Cotta which was served with strawberry and cucumber. My date and I had a 5 course meal and it was filling, each course takes 30 minutes to prepare so expect to be there awhile and enjoying your company or the decor.

Amazing place for foodies. Ambiance and food are beautifully synced. 6 courses are amazing but make sure to starve before coming here to fully enjoy the celebration of the senses at your dinner.
