Alicia Valentyn will guide you through breathing techniques (Pranayamas) which will help your creative energy wheels (chakras) open.Yoga style is meditative and intuitive in motion. Blending gentle flow and yin yoga.
This Yoga Workshop is for anyone wanting to feel the therapeutic effects of writing.

Where is the class located?
The class will be held near the back of the property at the end of the Farmers Gardens in the Artist Studio. Please Check out The Farm map at the front of the property if you are not familiar with the property.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This Class is geared towards Adults.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Farm has parking at the end of the lane or across 32nd street.
What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Please bring a Yoga mat or towel and water. Your favorite journal and pen/pencil. Wear shoes for walking. Dress appropraitely for the weather, as it is a few degrees cooler on the property.
