Our yoga practice begins with a
Silent Meditative Walk through the Farm’s grove.

Time: 9 am – 10:00 am

Bring an outdoor Yoga Mat for practice.

Wear comfy shoes to walk in (or you may want to walk barefoot
for the meditation walk – the choice is yours).

Then join us for a
Gentle Flow / Awakening Core
(Forrest Yoga inspired practice)

Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Optional: bring any additional yoga props that
you need to support
your yoga practice such as; yoga blocks and or a
large towel to kneel on.

Once you arrive for Yoga – please be sure to
Sign In (on the sign in sheet, Silence your phone – and
if you choose to give a Yoga Donation for this practice
you can do so by placing your monetary donation
in the yoga teacher’s donation box). Thank you 🙂
