Kids Cooking- Spring Break Edition

March 17th 1:00-2:30pm

New kids hands-on cooking class, just for kids, with cookbook author, Melanie Albert. Kids have fun learning a few ways to prepare local Phoenix veggies, how to make sauces for plating, and fun techniques to artfully and beautifully plate a “food art” dish.

During the class kids will have fun making dots, swirls, circles, splashes, and brush strokes with sauces and plate veggies to create a beautiful dish of “food art”. We’ll take photos of the food art and then the kids will enjoy eating their food creations!
