All Things Spring Roll!

March 24th 11:00-1:00 pm

Price:$40.00

Join The Farm at South Mountain and Culinary Wellness Coach Candy Lesher for a one of a kind, “demonstration class” that includes the tips and tricks for working with rice paper, preparing the pickled vegetables, and how to make the best peanut sauce ever (which incidentally also makes a fabulous salad dressing).

The class will include two versions of Spring Rolls – starting with a classic vegetarian roll that features scallion omelet, pickled veggies, mango and avocado. The second is a dessert variation featuring fresh seasonal fruit paired with a cheesecake-like filling, then drizzled with an irresistible fruit-based sauce. Best of all – once you’ve learned the base techniques, spring rolls are supremely versatile; you can fill these with any combination of leftovers (think baby romaine leaves filled with leftover fried rice, diced ham, and fresh pineapple).

This is a DON’T MISS class! Once the class has created these dishes, you’ll enjoy eating at a community table while enjoying the surroundings of The Farm.

Come cook with us at The Farm at South Mountain! Limited Tickets available – Get yours quickly as they may run out!

Price: $40 per person
