Raw Vegan Culinary with Hatha Yoga Tibetan Singing Bowl
October 14th, 2017
11:00-1:30pm
$55 per person +tax

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience. Beautiful raw culinary class, combined with hatha yoga practice at The Farm at South Mountain, led by Melanie A. Albert, Intuitive Cooking Expert, and long-time yogi.

The class will begin with centering yoga, slow hatha yoga practice, and the music of the Tibetan singing bowl. We will then mindfully and intuitively prepare fresh, alive, beautiful, organic raw dishes with local produce and enjoy our culinary creations. We will close the class with gratitude and the singing bowl.

Our raw culinary creations include: Raw Veggie Tartare, Lettuce Layer Salad & Cashew Basil Dressing, and Raw Chocolate Dessert. We will mindfully prepare and beautifully plate our culinary creations.
