Join Us at South Mountain for a Yoga Hike!

Hiking Duration: 1 hour & 45 minutes
Time: 9 am – 10:45 am
Level: Intermediate Hiking Trail
Holbert Trail – this trail has some steep inclines, please wear appropriate hiking gear and be prepared to carry your own water and snacks with you. Out and Back trail.

Parking Lot for Holbert Trail:
10919 S. Central Avenue, Phoenix –

Driving directions: when heading South on Central Ave.,
enter into South Mountain Park, drive past the first guard
gate, make an immediate Left turn, drive past the Education
Center, park near the Holbert Trailhead Sign parking lot. This
parking area has a large set of restrooms with water fountain.

Leave yoga mat in the vehicle during the hike.
After the hike, we will be practicing yoga outside
near the mountain trail.

Yoga Duration: 1 hour
Time: 11 am – 12 pm
Style of Yoga:
Gentle Flow * Awakening Core (Forrest Yoga Inspired)

After our yoga practice – caravan – over to the
Farm @ South Mountain for a scrumptious
homegrown lunch 🙂 Delicious!!!
