Kokedama is an old art form of flora design originating out of Japan over 500 years ago. It is often referred to as the poor man’s bonsai. Instead of a pot, moss is used as a container for planting. The focus for this upcoming workshop will be on utilizing succulents to create a living piece of art.
Join us at The Farm at South Mountain to make a one of a kind Kokedama. The class includes all the materials to make two hanging succulent kokedamas to take away (perfect for gifts/birthdays). Care and maintenance will also be covered in the class.
