DESCRIPTION
Join Kerry Audisho, certified health coach, blogger, and local food fanatic with Marian Mitchell, certified health coach, blogger, and allergy friendly cook at The Farm at South Mountain for a morning full of energy and activities that will leave you prepared to go home and bake gluten free desserts your whole family can enjoy!
In this class, Marian and Kerry will start off this class with a gluten free workshop which will answer all of your dire questions about which flours to use and all the tips and tricks. As well as, ways to substitute dairy and eggs. You will be provided with everything you need to prepare for gluten free holidays filled with deliciousness! Which will also save you time, money and tastebuds! You will learn a simple but yet tasteful recipes to bake for your family and friends during this holiday season!
You will get to taste gluten free baked goods:
● almond flour sugar cookies
● coconut flour pie crust
● all-purpose flour chocolate chip cookies
● no cook vanilla fudge
● ginger snaps
You will walk out of the class with prepared mixes of coconut flour pie crust and almond flour sugar cookies to take home and bake whenever you want. You will also receive recipes for all foods made that day, free health coach consults, a free card for tour of a local farm, and a personalized list of farms in area you can fill your kitchen with. You will also have the opportunity to win The Dish, Marian Mitchell’s allergy friendly cookbook.
Once this class is completed, you may enjoy and relax with the beautiful scenery of The Farm at South Mountain and the opportunity to enjoy Morning Glory Cafe or Farm Kitchen.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Farm at South Mountain has plenty of parking. Our main lot is across from The Farm on 32nd St.
What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Please bring sunscreen as The Farm is an outdoor space.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not available as supplies will be purchased depending on number of tickets sold.
