About the Coaches:
Marian Mitchell
Hi! I’m Marian. I’m passionate about teaching people how to reverse the damage in the body that food allergies and autoimmune disease cause. No matter where you are on your journey, I hope to help you live deliciously and healthily without allergens including gluten, corn, wheat, soy, dairy, and other foods that can sabotage your recovery.

Kerry Audisho
Hello, I’m Kerry. I am a Dr. Sear’s certified health coach, good food lover, and local farm enthusiast.
I believe the best way to get the least chemicals, most nutritious, and delicious food is to buy it from local farms. I am here to help you do just that. I hope to connect you to your small local farmers in order for you to eat wholesome, healing, and beneficial foods for you, year round.
