Following the garden tour enjoy creating hands-on beautiful raw vegan culinary dishes with Melanie Albert featuring organic produce directly harvested from The Farm’s Soil & Seed Garden and local Phoenix farmers.
During the hands-on class, you’ll learn simple raw culinary techniques and food art skills with sauces, layering and textures to plate your food beautifully. And, enjoy your culinary creations in the beauty of The Farm with our community.

Melanie has been guiding thousands of people to cook beautiful, tasty food for a decade. In the last few years, she has expanded her skills with 610 hours for plant-based culinary training. Melanie’s passion is to share simple plant-based culinary skills and intuitive cooking to clients at cooking classes, corporate wellness programs, team building events, and cooking retreats.
