DOGA Sunday March 4th, 9:00 am – 10:00 am Price: $20.00 per person + (1) dog companion

Doga is a yoga practice that you share with your canine friend. Any size and age of dog can do Doga/Yoga. Dogs must be healthy and current on vaccinations.

Alicia Valentyn, of Healing Motion Yoga, begins Doga by guiding the human into a calming breathing technique.
Next she guides the owner on how to perform gentle canine massage techniques which the owner can provide to their own dog.

Massaging your dog will help both of you feel grounded, relaxed and release tension. All dogs look different while in Doga class and this is good. We are all unique and so are our dogs.

You’ll be guided into gentle yoga postures that you can share with your dog. If your dog does not want to do the yoga portion of class with you, honor your dog.

No dog treats allowed during the Doga class. And be sure to bring a water bottle for your dog.

***You must Pre-Register for DOGA

Props for Healing Motion Yoga:

Outdoor Yoga mat. Optional: bring a yoga block, strap and a large towel. We will use all the props but if you don’t bring them you can still participate.
