Join Kerry Bashi, certified health coach, blogger, and local food fanatic at The Farm at South Mountain for a morning full of energy and activities that will leave you prepared to cook delicious side dishes for all of your holiday gatherings.

In this class, Kerry will start off this class with a workshop explaining how to enjoy your favorite sides dishes while maintaining your health.

You will be provided with everything you need to fill your holidays with deliciousness. You will learn a simple but yet tasteful recipes to cook up for your family and friends during this holiday season and ways to edit and adjust them to meet everybody’s needs.

You will get hands on experience to cook local and seasonal foods such as: Brussel Sprouts, Sweet Potatoes, and Balsamic Pecan Salad.

You will walk out of the class with prepared food you can eat later. You will also receive recipes for all foods made that day, free health coach consults, and the ability to purchase locally sourced food in area you can fill your kitchen with. You will also have the opportunity to win a bag of locally grown food.

Once this class is completed, you may enjoy and relax with the beautiful scenery of The Farm at South Mountain and the opportunity to enjoy The Farm Kitchen.
