Join The Farm at South Mountain and The Marry Mart for Bridal Body Yoga in North Grove! Bring your bridal party and friends for a relaxing yoga session under the Pecan Trees at The Farm. This two-part class starts with silent meditative walk amongst the trees, followed by Gentle Flow & Core Yoga session. Feel free to attend both or one specific session. This class is free, but donations are encouraged.

**About Bridal Body Yoga**

The Farm is the perfect landscape for walking into ‘Stillness’ of the mind. Alicia will begin with a centering/grounding Pranayama (breathing) technique to help bring you into the present moment. Bring your yoga mat. The theme for this class will be: Yoga is a Union, Marriage is a Union!

This class starts sitting or laying. Next moving into gentle yoga. Then follow Alicia as our group walks in meditation, step by step, amongst The Farm’s serene landscape. Class ends with a laying down Savasana.

Total walking time approximately 30 minutes.

Communicate with Alicia before or during class if you have any injuries or any other concerns pertinent to the yoga practice.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class. Settle in, turn off your cell phone, be mindful of those who are already quiet on their mat. Please sign the waiver and place your yoga gift in Alicia’s donation box. Suggestion donation is $10.

**Props for Healing Motion Yoga**

Outdoor Yoga Mat

Optional: bring a yoga block, strap and a large towel. We will use all the props but if you don’t bring them you can still participate.

**About Healing Motion Yoga**

Alicia will guide you through a breath (pranayama) focused yoga class. Helping you to find an overall balance of the mind, body and spirit.

Forrest Yoga Inspired class.

Focusing on breath, core, relaxed neck and going to that serene place deep inside. Following a specific intention which is put into action.

Always practice on your yoga mat at your own level. Bring any yoga props which will make your yoga practice as comfortable as possible.
