Finally, you’ll depart with a personal copy of her inspiring, beautifully photographed lavender book to further explore the tempting art of cooking with lavender at home.
Nancy Baggett is an award-winning cookbook author, food journalist, hobbyist gardener, and food photographer with nearly twenty books and hundreds of articles to her credit. Her cookbooks include The International Chocolate Cookbook, an International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) Best Baking Book winner, and her very popular The All American Cookie Book, which was both a James Beard Foundation and IACP cookbook award nominee. Her articles have appeared in numerous well-known publications, including Better Homes and Gardens, Country Gardens, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Eating Well, and The Washington Post. All ages welcome, although the agenda is geared for adults.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Farm has parking at the end of the lane or across 32nd street.
What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Please wear shoes for walking and sunscreen if you need.
