Quiessence at The Farm delivers an authentic “farm-to-table” experience using locally sourced produce, meat and wine, to create a refined hand-crafted menu. Sourcing from our own on-site garden, Soil & Seed Garden, Chef Dustin Christofolo curates each week’s menu with freshly harvested vegetables, edible flowers, eggs and herbs. Tucked away in the Farm at South Mountain, Quiessence delivers farm-focused and uncomplicated cuisine; a delight of cheeses, artisan breads, handcrafted pastas and local produce. Unique indoor and award-winning outdoor dining. The American and Arizonan wine list is accompanied by an international reserve list designed to pair with the cuisine.
